Adv. Jayprakash B. Somani is the Founder and Managing Partner of JSAS Supreme Legal LLP, a law firm dedicated to legal representation, drafting, advisory, and litigation before the Supreme Court of India.
With over 35+ years of legal experience, he commenced his legal practice in 1989, initially appearing before Tehsil and District Courts. During the course of his legal career, he also practiced before the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Mumbai, and the Bombay High Court, where he was a member of the Bombay Bar Association.
To strengthen his understanding of international commerce, he earned an MBA in Foreign Trade, combining legal expertise with knowledge of global trade and commercial regulations.
Today, Adv. Jayprakash B. Somani's professional practice is exclusively focused on the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi. Through JSAS Supreme Legal LLP, he represents clients in matters before the Apex Court and is actively engaged in legal research, drafting, advisory work, and advocacy in proceedings before the Supreme Court of India.
